Due to the nature of our business and the fact that we rent cottages, not
interchangeable hotel rooms, we have a strict booking and cancellation policy.
DEPOSIT OF 50% OF TOTAL RENTAL IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF BOOKING
BALANCE DUE ON ARRIVAL
People who wish to make deposits by cash, check or money order, must back up
reservation with a credit card. Delivery of the deposit must be received by us, with-
in one week of your making the reservation, or the deposit will be charged to the

by credit card only.
All credit card charges are subject to a 5% service fee.

3 NIGHT MINIMUM ON HOLIDAY WEEKENDS
People wishing to rent more than one cottage, or rent for
a week or longer will need to fill out a rental agreement which
contains additional terms, etc
DEPOSIT REFUNDED ONLY UPON RE-RENTAL OF UNIT. LESS A $35.00
SERVICE FEE. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. NO SHOWS, &
CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE, WILL BE
CHARGED THE AMOUNT OF THE BOOKING IN FULL
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING & HAVE PROOF OF RECEIPT ....

ACKNOWLEDGED & REPLIED TO.
